GRAPHIC AND WEB DESIGN RATES

OUR RATES ARE WELL WITHIN THE PAYSCALE STANDARD OF R250.00 PER HOUR FOR GRAPHIC, WEB AND 3D  DESIGN WITH A MINIMUM CHARGE OF R250.00.

ALL WORK SUBJECT TO OUR STANDARD FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGN ​TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

with these stated as ammendments or additions or emphasized thereof:

1. Please be advised that in light of the current economic situation, we are currently unable to offer or accept any work to be carried out on credit or on account. 
2. For work costing less than R 500.00, the full amount is required in advance. 
3. For all work costing over R500.00, a 50% deposit is required. That is based on the estimated outcome of the work required, with the remaining outstanding balance due upon completion of the work, or 15 days from the last communication delivered on occasions where there is no further interaction or client approval on pending work.
4. Without full payment, no completed work will be sent out, and any overdue funds related to websites may result in the website being switched off and/or reverted back to the way it was prior to any current changes made by us, until a settlement is made.
5. In practice, we accept up to three rounds of revisions as long as the alterations required do not exceed a 10% deviation from the original brief or the time required to complete the initial project. If the revisions are exceeded and they are not the designer's fault, the work must be requoted or it needs to be agreed that there will be additional expenses to any estimates provided.
6. There will be no refunds once the order for work has been accepted. If a project is canceled after it has started, the remaining hours on your account will be credited to you as prepayment for any subsequent work needed, and can be transferred to any other customer accounts at your request.
   
7. With the exception of logo design, CI and "fair dealing," unless an agreement is established in advance stating that the client must have these, all copyright, trademarks, intellectual property, equipment, and productivity tools (including open working files) are our property. The client is only paying for the time it takes to complete their work for the intended uses and has no claim to these, apart from any files provided by the client, such as graphics, stock photos, Plugins, equipment, 3D models, code, apps, and so on.
